If you don't want to drive during your stay there is no problem with all local tours picking up from Reception and our complimentary shuttle bus running to the shopping heart of Cairns 4 times return daily. If exploring on the local Sun bus is your thing, it leaves from the resort entrance every half and hour (weekdays, hourly on week-ends)

You can enjoy the 5 acres of lush tropical grounds that have been especially planted to ensure that we are visited by a vast array of local birds and butterflies .

We have also created a specialised Frog Habitat that will help create a sanctuary for not only the famous White Lipped Tree Frogs but also for the ground dwelling frogs as well, our property also has a cane toad eradication program. It is a wonderful place to sit and watch the world go by.

If you are a little more adventurous you might like to go and meet Irwin of 28foot Estuarine Crocodile. Now that he has converted to a vegetarian lifestyle he loves to pose for photos!
